Loth serving up Olliebollen in the courtyard yesterday (thanks for the pic Russell)
As the holidays wind down we are getting back in to the groove with our events. Gregie stepped in as DJ for our Tuesday dance as Lady Sue continues to celebrate (you know those Irish and partying!). Thanks Gregie! Then, Loth served up a Dutch specialty, Olliebollen, which Russell describes as follows:
The dough is made from flour, eggs, yeast, some salt, milk, baking powder and usually sultanas, currants, raisins and sometimes apple pieces and zest or succade. In some family recipes beer is added to the dough. The dough needs time to rise for at least an hour. Oliebollen are usually served with powdered sugar.
We wrapped up the day's events with an interview with Dominion Liaison Silk Arcana. It was a great chance to find out more about Silk. It was truly a fascinating hour. Thanks for agreeing to be Interviewed Silk!
